Submitting your award is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Once you've created an account on votendna.org.uk (your NDNA membership login details will not work for this platform) AND verified your email (by clicking on the link that will be emailed to you), you can click on award categories and select the award you would like to apply for.

2. After clicking on the category, you can press ‘Enter Now’ which will keep your nomination in your Basket until you are ready to fill in the application form.                    

You can return to your basket to fill in the form. Enter your information into the required fields and upload your supporting evidence.

If you want to submit your entry straight away:
If you are ready to submit your entry, scroll down to the bottom of the page, tick the Terms & Conditions box and then press the green ‘COMPLETE’ box.

Please note: Your entry isn’t submitted and no one can start voting until you press the green ‘COMPLETE’ button.

Want to come back and fill it in later?

If you don’t want to complete your submission yet, while in the Basket you can press the ‘Save for later’ button and it will add what you’ve filled in so far to your 'Saved items’ folder.

Ready to submit your entry?

If your submission is in the 'Saved items' area: once you’ve filled in all the description and uploaded your supporting evidence, at the top of screen press the ‘Move to basket’ button.

Submitting your award nomination is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1) Make sure your nomination is in your Basket. If it’s in the ’Saved items’ folder, click the ‘Move to basket’ button at top of the page (see screenshot above). Then in your Basket, fill in all the required fields and upload your supporting evidence

2) Scroll down the page and tick to say you have read the Terms & Conditions at the bottom

3) Press the green COMPLETE >> button.
